To investigate mechanism of inosine promotes the survival and metabolism of MDA-MB-231 cells under starvation conditions, MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with inosine and glucose for 12h under starvation conditions. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of MDA-MB-231 cells under three different treatments(-G-Q,Inosine,Glucose). Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for MDA-MB-231 cells under three different treatments(-G-Q,Inosine,Glucose).

为探究肌苷(inosine)在饥饿条件下促进MDA-MB-231细胞存活与代谢的分子机制,本研究将MDA-MB-231细胞置于饥饿环境中,分别施加肌苷处理、葡萄糖处理以及无额外添加的饥饿对照处理,处理时长均为12小时。随后,针对三种不同处理组(-G-Q组、肌苷组、葡萄糖组)的MDA-MB-231细胞进行RNA测序(RNA-seq),并基于所得数据开展基因表达谱分析。实验整体设计:对上述三种处理组的MDA-MB-231细胞的RNA-seq数据开展对比基因表达谱分析。
