本研究旨在探究可改变CovR磷酸化水平的CovRS突变对A群链球菌(Group A Streptococcus, GAS)基因表达谱的影响。 实验设计概述:本次分析共纳入8株菌株,每株菌株均设置4次生物学重复:1)野生型A群链球菌血清型M1;2)covS-E281A突变型A群链球菌血清型M1;3)covS-T284A突变型A群链球菌血清型M1;4)covR-D53A突变型A群链球菌血清型M1;5)野生型A群链球菌血清型M3;6)covS-E281A突变型A群链球菌血清型M3;7)covS-T284A突变型A群链球菌血清型M1;8)covR-D53A突变型A群链球菌血清型M3。
