A prospective study was carried out in Senegal on patients TB positive. An extraction from positive cultures isolates was carried out then WGS using Illumina Miseq technology to characterize the species and lineage as well as identify the mutations that can induce the resistance of treatment confirming the significant presence of M. tuberculosis complex and lineages.
