Thamnobryum alopecurum (fox-tail feather-moss), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Thamnobryum alopecurum, common name fox-tail feather-moss, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了针对狐尾羽藓（学名*Thamnobryum alopecurum*，英文普通名fox-tail feather-moss）所产生的基因组与转录组数据，作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，以助力该物种的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目产出的数据集将依据《达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策》（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行公开。
