本研究采用Illumina平台小RNA测序(small RNA sequencing)技术,对正常及盐胁迫条件下栽培的普萨巴斯马蒂香稻(Pusa Basmati)品种的根、叶与花组织开展微小RNA(miRNA,microRNA)鉴定,并报道该技术的应用情况。本研究利用该测序数据,预测并鉴定了已知微小RNA与新型微小RNA。整体实验设计:针对来自不同水稻品种与组织的9组独立数据集开展分析。
