资源简介:
Global warming increases the frequency of wildfires in permafrost regions known as a large organic carbon (C) reservoir. The thawing permafrost causes extended changes in microbial characteristics of the soil, presumably accelerating the biochemical cycles. Our study aims to test if the bacterial communities distinct phylogenetically along a fire chronosequence in different successional stages (of 3, 25, 46 and >100 years ) after a wildfire.
