Molecular intricacies of Rice-Rhizoctonia solani interactions. Rhizoctonia solani AG1-IA

Rhizoctonia solani AG1-IA is a necrotrophic pathogen causing sheath blight disease in rice. In this study we perform mixed transcriptome of rice-Rhizoctonia samples. We explore the different genes, pathways and processes that get altered during infection process in both host and the pathogen.

立枯丝核菌（Rhizoctonia solani）AG1-IA群是一类死体营养型病原菌，可引发水稻纹枯病。本研究对水稻-立枯丝核菌共侵染样本开展混合转录组分析，旨在探究寄主与病原菌在侵染过程中发生表达改变的各类基因、通路及生物学过程。
