光纤预制棒领域专利分析数据

在公司购买的数据平台上利用初步数据检索式进行试检索，人工抽查部分数据的合理性，并通过抽查结果修正数据检索式。利用修正后的检索式执行正式检索，并将检索后的数据结果（包含公开号、公开日、标题、摘要、权利要求、申请号、法律状态、预估到期日、申请人、申请日、受理局、简单同族、IPC分类号、优先权日、说明书）导出EXCEL表进行人工阅读。
第一阶段：粗筛，目的是快速缩小检索范围，排除与检索目标不相关的专利数据。通过标题、摘要的关键词筛选排除法先过滤掉部分杂质数据；
第二阶段：精筛，仔细阅读专利的权利要求和说明书，进一步排查与光纤预制棒领域无关的专利数据；
第三阶段：技术标引，对精筛后的数据进行技术分支分类，将数据至少分至三级技术分支；
第四阶段：对技术标引后的数据进行申请趋势增长比率、同行竞争对比差值、技术领域分类占比计算，并进行图表可视化处理，识别出供企业进行参考的数据信息。

Preliminary trial searches were conducted using initial data retrieval formulas on the data platform procured by the company. The rationality of partial data was manually spot-checked, and the retrieval formulas were revised based on the spot-check results. Formal searches were then performed using the revised retrieval formulas. The retrieved data results (including Publication Number, Publication Date, Title, Abstract, Claims, Application Number, Legal Status, Estimated Expiry Date, Applicant, Filing Date, Receiving Office, Simple Family, IPC Classification Number, Priority Date, and Specification) were exported to an Excel spreadsheet for manual review.
Phase 1: Rough Screening. The objective is to rapidly narrow the search scope and exclude patent data irrelevant to the retrieval target. Initial filtering of some impure data was carried out via keyword screening and exclusion based on patent titles and abstracts.
Phase 2: Fine Screening. Carefully read the patent claims and specifications to further eliminate patent data unrelated to the optical fiber preform field.
Phase 3: Technical Indexing. Classify the fine-screened data into technical branches, with the classification reaching at least the third-level technical branches.
Phase 4: Calculate the growth rate of application trends, the comparison difference of peer competition, and the proportion of technical field classification for the technically indexed data, then perform chart visualization processing to identify data information for enterprise reference.
