Contrasting microbial taxonomic and functional colonisation patterns in wild populations of the pan-palaeotropical C4 grass, Themeda triandra

Soil microbial samples were collected from around Themeda triandra, pan-palaeotropical C4 grass from Australia. Samples were taken around the root system to understand microbial taxonomic and gene function diversity patterns.

土壤微生物样本采集自澳大利亚产泛古热带C4草本植物菅草（Themeda triandra）的周边区域。本次采样选取该植物的根系周边区域，以解析微生物分类学与基因功能的多样性分布特征。
