Analysis-Window Sensitivity of Mean and 95th-Percentile Surface Electromyography Amplitudes During the Five-Repetition Sit-to-Stand Test: Analysis Code and De-identified Derived Data
收藏资源简介:
Analysis code and de-identified derived data supporting the reported analyses of the associated manuscript. This version adds the post hoc analyses reported in the revised manuscript, adds a checksum manifest (SHA256SUMS.txt), and reorganises the archive into data/ and code/ directories. Relative to version 1.1.1: 20 files added, 5 changed, 23 byte-identical, none removed. All 14 data files of version 1.1.1 are byte-identical in this release, as are 8 of the numbered scripts and LICENSE-CODE.txt. The five changed files are code/01_windows_and_features.py, reproduce_from_release.py, CODEBOOK.md, README.md and LICENSE-DATA.txt (copyright line only; the CC BY 4.0 licence itself is unchanged). Users who referred to files by their old top-level paths, or who ran the scripts without the undistributed channel-correction file, will need to adjust: the paths have moved and the affected scripts now stop rather than continue. Raw participant-level surface electromyographic recordings are not shared. Consequently the released materials do not permit independent re-derivation of the signal-derived analysis window, the signal preprocessing, or the window-specific feature extraction from the raw recordings. Participant identifiers in the shared derived data are pseudonyms; the re-identification crosswalk is not shared. Licences: data under CC BY 4.0, code under MIT.
