Brazil: hotel occupancy during Carnival 2020, by city

Hotel occupancy rates during Carnival in Brazil in February of 2020 were estimated to be higher in Northeastern cities. Salvador, the capital of Bahia, registered a hotel occupancy of around 95 percent leading up to the 2020 Carnival. In Rio de Janeiro, the occupancy rate reached 79 percent.
