Genera with relative abundance ≥ 1 are highlighted in light green and ≥ 2 in dark green. Colored genus names are highlighted according to their differential abundance when comparing VWO-tolerant and VWO-susceptible cultivars only with ANCOM-BCII, ALDEx2 or with both methods.
