Gender statistics redux, average 2012-2016

It has been tidied to have one row per country, and has a few variables, mainly relating to expenditure, fertility, mortality. 本版本为大幅精简并重新整理的数据集，已规整为每行对应单个国家的标准格式，仅保留少量变量，主要涵盖支出、生育率与死亡率相关指标。数据为2012年至2016年各年度数值的平均值。
