TonEBP/NFAT5 controls inflammatory transcriptional response to TNF-a in nucleus pulposus cells

RNA sequencing of nucleus pulposus cells transduced with shRNA (control or TonEBP-targeted) and either untreated or treated with TNF-a (24h)对经短发夹RNA（short hairpin RNA，shRNA）转导、分为对照组或靶向TonEBP（tonicity enhancer-binding protein，渗透压应答元件结合蛋白）组，且分别经未处理或肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）处理24小时的髓核细胞进行RNA测序（RNA sequencing）
