新疆维吾尔自治区1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1987年）包括新疆维吾尔自治区1987年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
The 1:4,000,000 scale county-level administrative division dataset of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (1987) includes two parts of data: the 1987 county-level administrative division data and county-level administrative resident location data of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The county-level administrative division data covers information such as the name, pinyin, administrative division code, and changes of county-level administrative units. The resident location data includes the location information of the residences of county-level administrative units, as well as the level of the residence and its changes.
