Cardiovascular associated resolved metagenomic assemblies (CARMA): non-redundant gene catalog derived from metagenome-assembled genomes

This dataset contains a non-redundant gene catalog derived from annotation of metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) in the cardiovascular associated resolved metagenomic assemblies (CARMA) dataset. The source CARMA dataset contains 2540 dereplicated MAGs generated from human fecal metagenomes. Genome assembly was performed using the MetaWRAP assembly module calling MEGAHIT, and binning was performed using the MetaWRAP binning module with MaxBin2, MetaBAT2, and CONCOCT, followed by integrated bin selection. The uploaded archive contains the non-redundant gene catalog files, including representative gene sequences, gene clustering results, and annotation files.
