Raw_Data on Factors Influencing Adolescent Anxiety Symptoms

The dataset "Raw_Data on Factors Influencing Adolescent Anxiety Symptoms" was collected using the online platform Questionnaire Star (www.Sojump.com) from May to July 2024, targeting students from two schools in Guangzhou. After excluding invalid responses, 469 valid questionnaires were analyzed. This study focuses on key mental health factors, including anxiety symptoms, academic stress, social media addiction, self-efficacy, and sleep quality. The dataset provides valuable insights into adolescents' psychological states and development.本数据集为「青少年焦虑症状影响因素原始数据」，依托问卷星（Questionnaire Star，www.Sojump.com）在线调研平台，于2024年5月至7月间针对广州市两所中学的学生采集数据。经剔除无效问卷后，最终纳入469份有效问卷开展分析。本研究聚焦青少年心理健康核心影响因素，涵盖焦虑症状、学业压力、社交媒体成瘾、自我效能感与睡眠质量五大维度。该数据集可为青少年心理状态与发展相关研究提供极具价值的参考依据。
