These data files are associated with the NGS analysis done in the publication :"A translation-independent directed evolution strategy to engineer aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases". This compressed file contains the raw file as well as the processed files to arrive at the conclusions published. The python scripts used for processing the data are available on github (link provided in the manuscript).
