Disclosed is a machine for machining a lock hinge hole and slot， wherein the machine is used for machining a hinge slot and/or a bolt slot on a door cover panel. The machine for machining a lock hinge hole and slot comprises: a machine body component; a lateral clamping component arranged on the machine body component， the lateral clamping component being used for clamping and positioning two sides of a door cover panel in the width direction; a length positioning component arranged on the machine body component， the length positioning component being used for clamping and positioning two sides of the door cover panel in the length direction; and one or more machining components arranged on the machine body component at intervals and located above the door cover panel， the one or more machining components being used for machining a hinge slot and/or a bolt slot on the door cover panel. According to present invention， a hinge slot and/or a bolt slot and lead holes can be simultaneously machined on a door cover panel， such that the production cycle is shortened， the production efficiency is improved， and the labor intensity of workers is also reduced.
