The Memoranda of Cases Committed for Trial record the date of the committal, the name of the prisoners, the nature of the offences, to what Court they are committed, whether they were admitted to bail or not and if so then what amount and the names of sureties, the name, occupation and residence of the witnesses, and the names of Committing Magistrates and the date when the papers were sent to the Attorney General.This volume also contains a register of applications for auctioneers’, hawkers’ and other licenses, a list of furniture in the court house, and a list of the law books at the court house.

待审案件移交备忘录记录了案件移交日期、囚犯姓名、罪行性质、移交的法院、是否准予保释（若准予，则记录保释金额及担保人姓名）、证人的姓名、职业与住址，以及移交案件的治安法官姓名和文件送交总检察长的日期。本卷还包含拍卖师、小贩及其他类别的执照申请登记册、法庭家具清单，以及法庭法律书籍清单。
