POLLEN ANALYSIS FOR AZ 88:13:1, THE ZANARDELLI SITE, SOUTHERN ARIZONA

The Zanardelli site (AZ 88:13:1) is a large Classic period site located on the east side of the Santa Cruz River. Composite floor samples were collected to observe the types of pollen deposited inside the structures. Although the original research design was oriented towards comparison of results from several phases within the Classic occupation, final assignment of occupation for the structures represented by pollen samples does not provide sufficient variety to note changes through time.

扎纳代利遗址（Zanardelli site，AZ 88:13:1）是一处大型古典期遗址，坐落于圣克鲁斯河（Santa Cruz River）东岸。研究人员采集了复合地面样本，以观测建筑内部沉积的花粉类型。尽管初始研究设计旨在对比古典期定居阶段的多组结果，但花粉样本所对应建筑的最终定居分期结果缺乏足够多样性，无法揭示随时间推移的变化。
