Additional file 5: Dataset S4. Transcripts found differentially expressed (DE) and displaying condition-specific polymorphisms with their annotations. Annotations were obtained using FunctionAnnotator. For gene expression abundances, we used Express and RSEM. For differential expression testing and differential allelic usage, we used EdgeR, DEseq2 and KisSplice (See Methods).

附加文件5：数据集S4。本数据集收录经鉴定存在差异表达（differentially expressed, DE）且呈现条件特异性多态性的转录本及其注释信息。注释信息通过FunctionAnnotator工具获取。针对基因表达丰度的定量分析，我们采用了Express与RSEM两款工具。针对差异表达检测与等位基因差异使用分析，我们使用了EdgeR、DEseq2及KisSplice三款工具，详见方法部分。
