This submission contains raw transcriptomic sequencing data from Perna viridis exposed to diarrhetic shellfish toxins (DSTs)-producing dinoflagellate (Prorocentrum lima) with ERK inhibitor PD98059. The study aimed to investigate the DSTs tolerance mechanisms mediated by ERK in bivalves. Total RNA was extracted from digestive glands using RNAisoPlus (Takara, Japan). De novo sequencing was performed in the MGI sequencer. These data will facilitate further analysis of differential gene expression and metabolic pathway regulation in response to DSTs exposure.
