Based on the microarray detection results and bioinformatics analysis, we screened ferroptosis related gene Becn1 and constructed the lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA ceRNA network of regulated ferroptosis in DIMI. Overall design: 7 samples divided into two groups,n=3 in control group and n=4 in DOX group

本研究基于基因芯片(microarray)检测结果与生物信息学分析，筛选出与铁死亡(ferroptosis)相关的基因Becn1，并构建了DIMI中调控性铁死亡的长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)/微小RNA(miRNA)/信使RNA(mRNA)内源竞争RNA(ceRNA)调控网络。
