File List Rscript.r (md5: d73ea6d5356773558ec3152dad6d5517) Posteriors.csv (md5: 8c2fec2da85cfaed5a6bee8a6e8703ef) Description Rscript.r is a text file that contains R and WinBUGS code for the δ15N(‰) mixture model. Posteriors.csv consists of posterior estimates for number of 15N-labelled seeds in batches of dispersed seeds mapped within the 10-m radius or collected within the 10 to 20-m quarters. Column id holds the id number for each sample with G indicating group and Q identifying the four cardinal quarters, plant is the identity of the focal plant, and Delta is the isotopic delta. The posterior estimates are the mean, sd and percentiles. Rhat and n.eff correspond to Gelman and Rubin's convergence diagnosis (Rhat = 1 at convergence), and the effective sample size for the posteriors (Gelman and Hill 2007).
