智慧乡村大数据平台建设方案

某县综合服务大数据平台是指通过“大数据融合分析技术”从各行各业应用的巨量数据中获取有价值的信息，通过信息化技术处理手段转换为帮助政府部门决策管理城市运行的参考信息、提供政府职能部门决策依据，有力的保障政府的应急指挥能力和执行力。在此次项目中我们将融合《党建云APP》、《智慧环保信息平台》《电子政务云平台》《电子商务平台》《视频会议系统》《平安乡镇系统》《云MAS平台》《智慧旅游》等12项大数据平台，集成某县综合服务大数据平台。实现大事件的统一管理、统一部署。避免了各个系统单一建设所消耗的人力物力。相信本次项目的实施必将抢占现代化城市发展的前沿。该平台主要完成12项子系统中大数据信息的汇聚（其中城乡一体化运输车辆监管子系统及数字化河道管理子系统与现有的管理部门进行数据的对接融合；剩余的10项子系统统一新建），功能展示。将各个子模块的核心数据，展现在平台分类页面中。以便进行大事件的快速知晓、统一部署。

The county-level comprehensive service big data platform is a system that extracts valuable information from massive data applied across various industries via "big data fusion analysis technology", and converts it into reference information for government departments to make decisions and manage urban operations, as well as decision-making basis for government functional departments, effectively strengthening the government's emergency command capabilities and execution efficiency. In this project, we will integrate 12 existing big data platforms including Party Building Cloud APP, Smart Environmental Protection Information Platform, E-Government Cloud Platform, E-Commerce Platform, Video Conference System, Safe Township System, Cloud MAS Platform and Smart Tourism to build the county-level comprehensive service big data platform. This enables unified management and unified deployment of major events, and avoids the manpower and material resources consumed by the independent construction of individual systems. It is anticipated that the implementation of this project will secure a leading position in the development of modern urban areas. The platform mainly focuses on aggregating big data information from the 12 sub-systems: among them, the Urban-Rural Integrated Transport Vehicle Supervision Subsystem and Digital River Management Subsystem will conduct data docking and fusion with existing management departments, while the remaining 10 sub-systems will be newly built uniformly. It also provides function display, presenting the core data of each sub-module on the classified pages of the platform, so as to enable rapid awareness and unified deployment of major events.
