FCoV-FPV single or co-infection sequence in CRFK cells

Single or co-infection of FCoV and FPV was performed in CRFK cells. The obtained supernatant (passage 0) was subjected to blind serial passage three times in CRFK cells. This is data obtained by sequencing the supernatants of FCoV parent and single-infection group passage 0.

本研究在CRFK细胞（Crandell-Rees Feline Kidney cells）中开展了猫冠状病毒（Feline Coronavirus，FCoV）与猫细小病毒（Feline Panleukopenia Virus，FPV）的单感染及共感染实验。将获得的第0代细胞上清液在CRFK细胞中进行连续三次盲传。本数据集源自对FCoV亲本株组与单感染组第0代细胞上清液的测序结果。
