Three-Dimensional Segmentation Assisted with Clustering Analysis for Surface and Volume Measurements of Equine Incisor in Multidetector Computed Tomography Data Sets

The dataset contains computed tomography (CT) images of head horses with annotations of 12 segments corresponding to areas with teeth. Imaged animals: 49 horses. Measured animal features such as surface area, and volume are included.
