Global gene expression profile of primary multiple myeloma plasma cells from patients treated in Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy was done using Affymetrix microarrays. Overall design: MMPC were isolated from patients following Total Therapy 2, 3 and Other treatments at baseline and/or after relapse and GEP was done.

本数据集针对骨髓瘤研究与治疗研究所（Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy）诊疗患者的原代多发性骨髓瘤浆细胞，采用Affymetrix基因微阵列（Affymetrix microarrays）开展全基因表达谱检测。
实验整体设计：从在基线期及/或复发后接受Total Therapy 2、Total Therapy 3及其他治疗方案的患者体内分离多发性骨髓瘤浆细胞，并完成基因表达谱（GEP）检测。
