Microorganisms of the phyllosphere of the two most dominant tree species in Europe (Fagus sylvatica L. and Pinus sylvestris

We characterize the microbial composition of the phyllosphere in European beech (Fagus sylvatica) and Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) forests. The project include data from thirteen forests selected across an environmental gradient from Fennoscandia to the Mediterranean basin.

本研究对欧洲山毛榉（Fagus sylvatica）与欧洲赤松（Pinus sylvestris）林的叶围（phyllosphere）微生物群落组成进行了表征。本项目所用数据，取自沿从芬诺斯坎底亚至地中海盆地的环境梯度选取的13处森林样地。
