本数据集是在研究应变场和衬底对二维超导材料调控过程中生成的数据文件,包含了挤压应力下Bi2212形成的褶皱,以及将Bi2212解理到孔阵列衬底上所形成的悬空结构。本数据集包含2个文件夹,1个文件说明和1个数据集缩略图。
数据方案与设备情况:采用原子力显微镜(AFM)对挤压应力后形成的Bi2212褶皱进行形貌测量,获得褶皱的形貌数据;通过光学显微镜,对悬空后的Bi2212进行采集,可以直观的测量悬空区域的尺寸。悬空二维超导材料的数据下设4个子文件夹,分别对应不同解理条件下得到的样品。

This dataset consists of data files generated during the study of strain field and substrate modulation of two-dimensional (2D) superconducting materials. It includes wrinkles formed in Bi2212 under compressive stress, as well as suspended structures produced by exfoliating Bi2212 onto hole-array substrates. This dataset contains 2 primary folders, 1 documentation file, and 1 dataset thumbnail.
Data acquisition protocol and equipment setup: Topography measurements of the Bi2212 wrinkles formed after compressive stress treatment were conducted using an Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) to obtain the topography data of the wrinkles. For the suspended Bi2212 samples, imaging was performed via an optical microscope, allowing direct measurement of the dimensions of the suspended regions.
The subset of data for suspended 2D superconducting materials includes 4 subfolders, corresponding to samples prepared under different exfoliation conditions respectively.
