Transcriptomics on RCaP celline

Transcriptomics on RCaP celline. RCaP is a primary line derived from the RapidCaP mouse model RCaP cell line was grown in complete media; two biological replicates. RNA was extracted and transcriptome profiles generated.

针对RCaP细胞系（RCaP cell line，原文celline为拼写笔误）的转录组学（Transcriptomics）研究。RCaP是源自RapidCaP小鼠模型的原代细胞系，该细胞系于完全培养基（complete media）中培养，设置两组生物学重复（biological replicates）。后续完成总RNA提取并生成转录组表达谱。
