Work-nonwork balance dataset

Two datasets collected via a German panel provider (Study 1) and from two German organizations (Study 2) that include individual ratings at two time points (Study 1 and 2) as well as leader ratings at one time point (Study 2). Items are from validated scales and cover work-nonwork balance, family-supportive supervision, life satisfaction and job performance as well as demographics.
