NOAA Institutional Repository Annual Operating Report; Fiscal Year 2024

Since 2020, the NOAA Library has been providing an annual operating report to NOAA leadership on the agency’s compliance with the publication requirements of the 2015 NOAA Plan for Increasing Public Access to Research Results (PARR Plan). This report details the NOAA Library’s efforts on PARR including policy activities and a breakdown of NOAA and Line Office level metrics related to publications and compliance.
