该数据集为耐辐射奇球菌特异性蛋白酶PprI的磷酸化位点研究，使用特异性标签富集蛋白及液相串联质谱获得数据，通过建立耐辐射奇球菌PprI修饰数据库及搜库分析PprI蛋白的磷酸化位点，数据中包含了PprI蛋白各个肽段的分子量及修饰位点及修饰类型。
This dataset is dedicated to the study of phosphorylation sites of the specific protease PprI from Deinococcus radiodurans. Data was collected via specific tag-based protein enrichment combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Phosphorylation sites of the PprI protein were analyzed by constructing a modification database for Deinococcus radiodurans PprI and performing database searching. The dataset includes the molecular weights, modification sites and modification types of each peptide of the PprI protein.
