本研究旨在鉴定受RECQ1调控的转录组，并借助乳腺癌细胞中的RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，将其与受ERα调控的转录组进行对比分析。实验设计：将MCF7细胞分别转染对照小干扰RNA（siRNA），或是靶向RECQ1或ESR1的siRNA混合池（smartpool）。随后提取总RNA并开展mRNA测序。
