Urban Tree Challenge Fund Trees Close To People For England

The Urban Tree Challenge Fund (UTCF) is a Forestry Commission England wide grant scheme that was launched in 2019 for the creation of woodland in or nearby urban areas. The UTCF Trees Close to People layer defines the 'urban' area and is one of the three qualification layers that are used to determine grant allocation.
