miRNA expression in cerebrospinal fluid with moyamoya disease

We performed microarray analysis to determine the expression profiles of miRNAs in cerebrospinal fluid with moyamoya disease We obtained cerebrospinal fluid by lumbar puncture, and performed microarray analysis to identify differentially expressed miRNAs in normal and moyamoya patients.

本研究实施基因芯片分析（microarray analysis），以明确烟雾病（moyamoya disease）患者脑脊液（cerebrospinal fluid）内微小RNA（miRNAs）的表达谱。本研究通过腰椎穿刺术（lumbar puncture）采集脑脊液样本，并通过基因芯片分析筛选出正常对照受试者与烟雾病患者间差异表达的微小RNA。
