The goal of this study was to understand the transcriptional differences between UTX/JMJD3 DKO NKT precursors (P1) and WT litter mater controls. Two female and one male sample for each is included. Overall design: 6 samples, 3 WT(2F, 1M), 3 DKO (2F, 1M)
本研究旨在阐明UTX/JMJD3双敲除(double knockout, DKO)自然杀伤T细胞(Natural Killer T cell, NKT)前体细胞(P1)与野生型(Wild Type, WT)同窝对照样本之间的转录差异。两组各纳入2只雌性、1只雄性样本。整体实验设计如下:共包含6个样本,其中3份为野生型对照(2雌1雄),3份为UTX/JMJD3双敲除样本(2雌1雄)。
