Sequecing of the 25kb region around (and containing) the DISARM Class 1 system cluster of Serratia sp. SCBI to confirm the correct nucleotide sequence and predict the ORFs in that region, for therefore study correctly the genes contained in it.
对沙雷氏菌属（Serratia）菌株SCBI中DISARM 1类系统簇（DISARM Class 1）周边（含该簇在内）的25kb区域开展测序，以确认该区域的正确核苷酸序列并预测其中的开放阅读框（Open Reading Frames, ORFs），进而准确研究该区域所包含的基因。
