File List Supplement1.csv -- data from the 114 studies used in the meta-analysis Description This file contains data from the 114 studies used in the meta-analysis. The first line contains column headings that are defined below. At the bottom of Supplement1.csv are 3 rows for QA/QC. Labels for these rows can be found at the right side of the spreadsheet. In order, from top to bottom, the columns provide: (1) sum of all data in the column, (2) number of non-numeric cells in the column, and (3) number of missing values in the column. At the right side of Supplement1.csv, for each row of the spreadsheet, 3 columns provide: (1)sum of all data in the row, (2) number of non-numeric cells in the row, and (3) number of missing values in the row. In the file Supplement1.csv each line within the predator, herbivore, and plant sections contains information for a species, if named in the original study. If not named, these data were generally lumped into a single category. Thus, a single study can be represented by several lines of data. Supplement1.csv 文件末尾设有3行质量控制（QA/QC，Quality Assurance/Quality Control）数据，其行标签位于表格右侧。
按从上至下的顺序，各列依次提供以下信息：(1) 该列所有数据的求和值；(2) 该列中非数值单元格的数量；(3) 该列中缺失值的数量。
在 Supplement1.csv 文件的右侧区域，针对表格的每一行，设有3列信息，依次为：(1) 该行所有数据的求和值；(2) 该行中非数值单元格的数量；(3) 该行中缺失值的数量。
在 Supplement1.csv 文件中，捕食者、植食者与植物板块下的每一行数据对应一个物种（若原始研究中对该物种进行了命名）；若未命名，则通常将此类数据归为单一类别。因此，单一项研究可对应多行数据。
按照研究方法部分的描述，绝大多数分析均基于各分类的均值展开。
