针对伴或不伴急性移植物抗宿主病（acute GVHD）的造血干细胞移植（hematopoietic stem cell transplantation）术后患者样本的转录组学分析。整体实验设计：选取接受造血干细胞移植的患者的外周血单个核细胞（PBMC, peripheral blood mononuclear cell）样本，这些患者术后伴或不伴aGVHD。
