Overcoming_Data Scarcity_in_STM_Image_Segmentation

Scanning tunneling microscopy data for machine learning. Includes small crops of defects on Si(001), Si(001)-H-AsH3, Ge(001)-AsH3, TiO2. Includes segmented images of Si(001)-H-AsH3, Ge(001)-AsH3, TiO2.
