静压法施工监控分析报告是基于数据采集模块实时获取的施工桩机压力值并进行分析评价形成的成果。由于静压桩机的每个操作均能从压力~时间曲线中找到特征段曲线这个规律,从压力数据中可以被抓取出施工不同阶段的施压动作,并根据施压行程及时间,从而计算出桩入土深度,并与设计桩长比较,获得入土深度偏离度。同时基于上述规律,对施工全过程的动作进行溯源解析,能分析出桩焊接等待时间、桩施工起讫时间以及不同施工土层阶段的压力变化。根据以上功能,对施工的每根桩进行逐一分析评价,最终形成整个项目的静压法施工监控分析报告。
The static pressure construction monitoring and analysis report is a deliverable generated by collecting real-time pressure data of static pressure pile drivers via the data acquisition module and conducting targeted analysis and evaluation. Based on the inherent rule that every operation of a static pressure pile driver corresponds to a characteristic segment in its pressure-time curve, pressing actions at different construction stages can be extracted from the collected pressure data. By combining the pressing stroke and construction operation time, the pile penetration depth can be calculated, and the deviation degree between the actual penetration depth and the designed pile length can be obtained through comparison. Meanwhile, relying on the aforementioned rule, traceability analysis of all operations throughout the entire construction process can be performed to derive the pile welding waiting time, the start and end timestamps of pile construction, as well as pressure variations across different soil layer construction stages. Leveraging these analytical capabilities, each individual pile in the construction project can be analyzed and evaluated one by one, ultimately leading to the completion of the static pressure construction monitoring and analysis report for the entire project.
