总光通量标准白炽灯是用于复现和保持总光通量单位——流明(lm)量值以及是用相对法传递量值和测量光源总光通量的标准量具，为了向华东地区和上海市提供公正准确权威的总光通量标准白炽灯的第三方校准数据，特开展此项目。
Standard incandescent lamps for total luminous flux are standard measuring instruments used to reproduce and maintain the magnitude of the unit of total luminous flux, the lumen (lm), and to transfer quantity values and measure the total luminous flux of light sources via the relative method. This project was specifically launched to provide impartial, accurate and authoritative third-party calibration data for such standard incandescent lamps in East China and Shanghai.
