该菌株在CM0077培养基上28-30℃生长良好,需氧类型为好氧可用于研究；生产。可采用真空冷冻干燥法进行保藏。菌落呈黄绿色。分生孢子头棒状，放射状；分生孢子梗着生基质和气丝，孢梗茎壁有细刺；产孢结构多数单层，少数双层；顶囊近球形；分生孢子球形或近球形，壁光滑。中性蛋白酶活力较高。酿造酱油。
This strain grows well on CM0077 medium at 28–30 °C and is aerobic, suitable for both research and industrial production. It can be preserved via vacuum freeze-drying. Its colonies are yellowish-green. Conidial heads are clavate and radiate; conidiophores arise from substrate and aerial mycelia, with fine spines on the stipe walls. Most of the sporogenous structures are uniseriate, while a minority are biseriate. Vesicles are subglobose. Conidia are globose or subglobose with smooth walls. This strain exhibits high neutral protease activity and is applied in soy sauce brewing.
