Identified urinary proteins of male donkey foals and adult male donkeys

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of urinary proteome in donkey foals and adult donkeys. Nano-HPLC-MS/MS analysis method was applied to establish the profiles of urine protein based on the urinary samples collected from nine newborn donkey foals and nine adult male donkeys. In total, 2179 proteins were identified in all urine samples.

幼驴与成年驴尿液蛋白质组的定性与定量分析。本研究采用纳米高效液相色谱-串联质谱（Nano-HPLC-MS/MS）分析方法，基于采集自9只新生幼驴与9只成年公驴的尿液样本，构建尿液蛋白质谱。最终在所有受试尿液样本中共鉴定出2179种蛋白质。
