E基因型血浆中病毒颗粒(VP)的估算数量,可依据DNA(VPDNA)、乙型肝炎核心抗原(HBc)或乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBs)的浓度,以及经速度梯度离心获取并进一步经30%~60%蔗糖密度梯度离心分离得到的DNA富集组分中各对应指标的相对比例进行计算。
