To determine the in vivo cellular identity of BMP-treated human embryonic stem cells (hESCs), we performed bulk RNA sequencing data of hESCs under pluripotency and BMP-treated conditions. Our analyses show that BMP-treated hESCs resemble human trophoblast cells in vivo. mRNA profiles of four different samples, each with two biological replicates. Samples: 1) hESCs in mTeSR1 for 48h, 2) hESCs in mTeSR1+BMP4 for 48h, 3) hESCs in mTeSR1+BMP4+IWP2 for 48h, 4) hESCs in mTeSR1+BMP4+SB for 48h

为明确经骨形态发生蛋白(Bone Morphogenetic Protein, BMP)处理后人胚胎干细胞(human embryonic stem cells, hESCs)的体内细胞身份,我们对处于多能性状态及经BMP处理条件下的hESCs进行了批量RNA测序(bulk RNA sequencing)。分析结果显示,经BMP处理的hESCs与体内人滋养层细胞具有相似的细胞特征。本数据集包含4组独立样本,每组均设置2次生物学重复,具体样本信息如下:1)于mTeSR1培养基中培养48小时的hESCs;2)于含mTeSR1+BMP4的培养基中培养48小时的hESCs;3)于含mTeSR1+BMP4+IWP2的培养基中培养48小时的hESCs;4)于含mTeSR1+BMP4+SB的培养基中培养48小时的hESCs。
