Intermediate files and output files for generating results and statistics for the paper ''Co-migration of hundreds of species over metres drives selection and promotes non-motile hitchhikers" by Grigson et. al. Accompanying code that utilises data and generates output files is available at https://github.com/susiegriggo/Comigration_TubeExperiment_AnalysisUpdated from v1.1 to include output from analysis on community assembly processes and generating phage MAGs.
